About

A space for decoding, archiving and changing the landscape of curatorial methodologies

An incubator for future curators, curatorial research and knowledge sharing.

Designed to demystify curatorial practices and get behind the scenes of creating exhibitions, the Institute is accessible, entertaining and empowering.

Look out for our podcast, exhibiton journal and, in future, a library, where we will get curious and offer courses about curating.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Institute of Curiosity & Curating?

We are a not for profit organisation that wants to celebrate curating in an arts and culture approach. We want to demystify what it is, how it happens and who it impacts. We will do this via a podcast, journals, and other soon to be announced things. Our team is small and is led by our Director, curator Charlie Levine, who has been curating for 20+ years.

How can I take part, learn or become a member?
